• Property and Listing Data: Property descriptions, listing details, MLS numbers, market data, and other real estate information that subscribers provide for AI-powered content generation.

AI-Generated Content Processing: When you use AgentSpotlight.ai's AI content generation tools, your subscriber-provided property data and listing information are processed by our AI systems to create content. This data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other AI services to generate the content you request.

Data Privacy with AI Providers: Property data and listing information provided for content generation are processed according to the privacy policies of our third-party AI providers. Each AI provider has its own data handling practices. AgentSpotlight.ai does not share data with other subscribers—content generation is isolated to your account.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all AI-generated content (blog posts, social media updates, property descriptions) created through your use of AgentSpotlight.ai, subject to the limitations outlined in our Terms of Service. Please note that purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance.

AgentSpotlight.ai integrates with and relies on third-party services including but not limited to:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI services for content generation.
• IDX/MLS Providers: Real estate data providers and MLS integrations (if applicable to your subscription tier).
• Analytics Services: Tools to measure platform usage and user engagement.
• Email and Communication Services: Platforms for sending notifications and support communications.

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. AgentSpotlight.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices, service interruptions, policy changes, or pricing changes of any third-party provider. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Security Measures: AgentSpotlight.ai uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean, access controls, and authentication protocols.

No Guarantee of Absolute Security: While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security concerns.

Active Accounts: While your subscription is active, we retain your account information, usage data, and generated content to provide services.

Post-Cancellation Retention: After you cancel your subscription, we retain your account data for ninety (90) days to allow for reactivation or data export, after which it will be deleted.

Payment Records: Payment and billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal regulations, typically for seven (7) years.

Manual Deletion Requests: You may request immediate deletion of your account and associated data by emailing scott@agentspotlight.ai, and we will delete your data within thirty (30) days of verified request, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
